Your order is not accepted until TAO Infinity confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TAO Infinity may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Orders can be cancelled only within 4 hours of purchase, before production begins. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TAO Infinity, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Canton of Zurich.

For Business Customers: You and TAO Infinity consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

For EU Consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under EU law. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Any disputes may also be subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent those laws provide you with more favorable protections than Swiss law.

For Swiss Consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under Swiss consumer protection law.

SECTION 22 - EU CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Right of Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to info@taoinfinity.com. You may use the model withdrawal form available in your customer account or any other clear written statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As all our products are made-to-order and custom-produced specifically for you, the right of withdrawal may not apply once production has commenced. However, you retain all rights under our Return Policy for defective or damaged products.

This right of withdrawal is in addition to any rights you may have under our Return and Exchange Policy.
