SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

Processing Time: 2-4 business days
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after production
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over CHF 75, otherwise CHF 8.90

All products are made-to-order and produced in our European facilities. Your order begins production immediately after purchase, ensuring fresh quality and minimal environmental impact.

Tracking: All domestic orders include tracking information sent via email once your order ships.

International Shipping (EU Countries)

We currently ship to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden

Processing Time: 2-4 business days
Delivery Time: 3-8 business days after production (varies by destination)
Shipping Cost:
- Orders under €50: €9.90
- Orders €50-€99: €6.90
- Orders over €100: Free shipping

All international orders are fulfilled from our European production facilities in Germany and Latvia, ensuring faster delivery and no customs complications within the EU.

Tracking: Full tracking information provided for all international orders.

Customs, Duties & VAT

Switzerland (Domestic):
- No customs fees for domestic orders
- Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in all prices displayed to Swiss customers
- For orders over CHF 150, standard Swiss VAT applies

EU Countries:
- No customs duties or import fees for orders shipped within the EU
- VAT is calculated and applied at checkout based on your country's rate
- All orders are shipped from EU facilities, so your order clears as domestic EU commerce
- No surprise fees at delivery

Important: As of 2026, EU customs regulations have changed. However, since we ship from EU facilities to EU customers, these changes do not affect your order.

Production & Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means:

- Zero waste - we only produce what's ordered
- Fresh quality - your item is made specifically for you
- Sustainable business model
- No instant shipping - production takes 2-4 days before shipping begins

Production Facilities: Germany, Latvia (EU-based)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:
1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
2. Tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time
3. Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier system after shipment.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days, contact us immediately at [your-email]. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Wrong Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.

Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to sender. Return shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted European carriers based on your location:
- DHL Express - Priority shipping
- DPD - Standard EU delivery
- Deutsche Post - Economy shipping
- GLS - Regional European delivery
- Swiss Post - Switzerland domestic

The carrier is automatically selected based on speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency for your destination.

Production Delays

Our typical production time is 2-4 business days. Delays may occur during:
- Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year)
- High-volume promotional periods
- Supply chain disruptions

If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days in production, we'll notify you via email with an updated timeline.

Countries We Don't Ship To

Currently, we only ship within Switzerland and the EU countries listed above. We do not ship to:
- United Kingdom (Brexit customs complications)
- Non-EU European countries (except Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
- Countries outside Europe
