At TAO Infinity, your satisfaction is our priority! We aim to deliver high-quality, beautifully crafted products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements for items that:
• Are damaged during shipping
• Arrive with manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, wrong size, etc.)
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse or changes in preference
• Incorrect sizes ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@taoinfinity.com
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include clear photos of the product and any defects.
We will review your claim and coordinate directly with our printing partner (Printful) to resolve the issue. Approved claims will either be:
• Replaced with a new item, free of charge.
• Refunded in full if a replacement is not possible.
Important Notes
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed once we confirm the issue with our printing partner.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is required, instructions will be provided after your claim is reviewed. Depending on your location, the return may go directly to our printing partner.
